Placing your order

Once you have found the items you’d like to buy and have added them to your basket, you can begin the checkout process by clicking on “order” under your basket.
 
Your basket: the number of items in your basket can always be seen at the top of the screen. To see what you have in, you need to click the “your shopping cart” link. When you click on your basket it shows you the quantity, title and subtotal(s) of any product you’ve put in it.
 
You can go straight to checkout to pay for your goods and arrange delivery. When you’re ready to complete your order, click on order.
 
About your delivery: check the delivery address you’ve chosen.
About your payment: choose your payment option, delivery option and the address to which you’ll receive your bill.
 
You now have an online receipt. You’ll also be sent a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.
 

What is the VEJASTORE and how to create it?

The registration allows you to retrieve your details and chosen delivery address/es. Please note that this does not include your payment card details.
 
To create an account, click on “my account”. You will be asked to set up a password to access your account.
 
To check on your order
 
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email retrieving your details. Whenever you want, go and check your order’s status (click on “my orders” in “my account”).
 

Can I keep my basket ?

You found the item you like but you don’t want to order it now. If the product is still available, you will be able to find your basket and the items chosen on your next visit.

What countries does the VEJASTORE serve?

Our Online Store ships worldwide & offers FREE SHIPPING for all baskets over 150 euros
The detail of the countries served is listed when you create your account. 
 
Please note that shipments outside Europe may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

How can I pay?

Pay your orders by credit card. On the “payment information” page, please select the payment option. On the “confirmation” page, you can choose the card you would like to use (VISA, MasterCard, American Express). Please enter the number of your card, its valid date and the code on the back of your card. You can also pay your orders with your Paypal account.
 

Is it safe to order online?

We know that buying online can feel like a weird step. That's one of the reasons why you can get a full refund of your garment. All you need to do is return it in its original state within fourteen days of delivery and we will do the rest.
 
We've also tried to make the online side as simple to use and secure as possible, using the latest encryption methods to ensure that your card details stay safe as you shop. We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it.

Can I pay with a cheque?

Unfortunately we do not accept cheques.

 Collissimo is a French company which offers you a standard shipping.

What are your delivery charges?

Within France:

FREE DELIVERY on all orders above 65 euros with Colissimo
 
International:

FREE DELIVERY on baskets 150 euros & over

International baskets below 150 euros we charge the following :
- Countries of the E.U. - 10 euros
- Rest Of Europe (ioutside E.U.) - 15 euros
- Rest Of World (inc. Australia & Japan) - 25 euros

Has my order been shipped out yet?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it’s on its way. Our warehouse team works around the clock so you could receive the email in the day or the night.
 

How long will my delivery take?

If you choose Collissimo for a delivery in France, we aim to have your order with you within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of dispatch.
For European deliveries, we aim to have your order with you within a maximum of 5-10 working days from the date of dispatch.
For non EU deliveries, we aim to have your order with you within 14-21 working days from the date of dispatch. However, we decline all responsibility concerning delays since non EU deliveries are relying on customs and other country's post services. 
Please note that shipments outside Europe may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Can I specify a day for delivery?

Unfortunately we cannot specify an exact delivery date.
 

How to track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it’s on its way. Unfortunately, you can track your order but the website is in French for Collissimo. 
 

Can I choose a different address than home?

You are able to specify an alternate address for delivery. You can even differentiate the delivery address from the bill address.
 

What if I'm not home?

If you’re not home, you will have to go to your delivery office so as to take your order.
 

Are returns free?

Excluding sale items, returns are free within France. Unfortunately returns of international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

What is your return policy?

VEJA unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly exchange you for any defective items you wish to return.
 
Please note the following limitations:
· Items must be returned within 28 days from date of purchase.
· Items that have been used cannot be accepted for return.
· Items purchased from VEJASTORE cannot be exchanged or returned at stores selling Veja.
· Items purchased on sale can only be exchanged.

How to return?

If you would like to return merchandise purchased from the VEJASTORE please follow these instructions.
 
1. Place the items you wish to return in the box you received.
2. Register your return online and then put your return receipt in your box
3. Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction
4. Return cost is free if you were delivered in France: you will find the return stamp on the return receipt
 

How to change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is impossible to change or cancel an order.

What are the return costs?
 
Excluding sale items and order below 65 euros , returns are free within France. Unfortunately returns of international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
 

Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password, all you need to do is enter your email address on the “forgotten your password” page and we will email you your password information. Then simply follow the instructions in the email to change your password.

Your privacy is of the highest importance to us, and we promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes. When you make a purchase from our website, we collect certain personal information from you (for example: your name, email address, payment address and details). All such information is held on secure servers.
 
VEJA complies fully with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation, and will treat all your personal information as fully confidential. In order to serve you most efficiently, reputable third-party banking and distribution institutions handle our credit card transactions and order fulfillment. They receive the information needed to verify and authorize your payment card and to process your order. All such organizations are under strict obligation to keep your personal information private.
