3. Order success
Your order is confirmed upon receipt of the email “order process”. The sale will be effective once the order is confirmed by VEJA. This confirmation is completed upon sending the email of shipping process (maximum 3 working days except for sale items or items on special offer) VEJA reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason (item available, problem concerning the order received, abnormal order, predictable problems concerning the delivery or issues about a previous order).In this case, VEJA will contact the client, please allow a maximum delay of 5 working days once the order is registered and a refund will be made. If we are only able to fulfill part of your order, payment will be taken for your whole order, and then on dispatch a full refund for the unavailable goods will be made.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time but will apply the current rates as indicated to you on the site at the time the order was placed.

7. Delivery terms
We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors, which may cause delays. In case of emergency, VEJA may suspend all deliveries.Within France:

International baskets below 150 euros we charge the following :
- Countries of the E.U. - 10 euros
- Rest Of Europe (ioutside E.U.) - 15 euros

8. Right of Retraction
Regarding the recent events due to the Covid-19, we invite you to wait for the reopening of our warehouse to proceed to your returns, until the end of the quarantine. All the returns are extended for 2 months – instead of 28 days normally – for any orders made from March 1st.The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.).Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility. 10. Intellectual property
All the content on the VEJASTORE (illustrations, texts, names, brand names, images and videos) is the property of VEJA, its co-contractors or partners. Any partial or total reproduction of this content, by any means and on any support, is subject to prior and express authorization by VEJA. The client forbids himself to paste or download the content of www.veja-store.com except prior and express authorization by VEJA.

These terms and conditions comply with French law.

13. Legal guarantee for faulty goods
VEJA recognizes the statutory 6-months guarantee for product faults. A product is "faulty" if received damaged or where a manufacturing or material fault occurs within 6 months from the purchase. Please note that Products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.You can return faulty products within 6 months of your receipt of the products and get a full refund, including any shipping costs, as applicable.
