How to return an international order?

We will only accept items returned within 28 days, unworn and in their original packaging (no damage to the box), with the return slip, available to download on your customer account.

 

OUTSIDE FRANCE AND EUROPE

1. Log in to your account at www.veja-store.com and go to "My Orders"

2. Select the product you want to return by checking the box next to its name

3. Select the product you want to return by checking the box next to its name

4. Indicate the reason for the return. All returns must be in new condition and in its original packaging.

5. Print your return form in your personal space and place it once completed. Unfortunately, if this form is missing, we will not be able to identify your order number and process your return promptly.

6. Remove the document "Customs Declaration / CN23" present in the transparent white envelope stuck on the package of your package

7. Delete the phrase "Sale of goods"Check the "Return Merchandise" box

8. Put the document back in the transparent pouch

9. Your return must be returned as "Standard" delivery by your local Post Office. Your parcel number must begin with the letter "C". Please drop it off at a postal centre. 

 

UNITED KINGDOM

1. Log in to your account at www.veja-store.com and go to "Orders"
2. Select the order containing the product you want to return
3. Select the product you want to return by checking the box next to its name
4. Indicate the reason for the return. All returns must be in new condition
5. Print your return form in your personal space and place it once completed. Unfortunately, if this form is missing, we will not be able to identify your order number and process your return promptly.

Veja reserves the right not to accept an international return if it does not comply with the above steps.


Credits offered as a commercial gesture are valid for 1 year and are not refundable.
Please note: In case of payment with a credit note, the refund will be made in a credit note and will not be refunded to the credit card used for the payment of the online order.

 

What are the conditions for returning an item?

We issue credit notes or refunds. If you request a refund or credit, Veja can issue a refund or credit note if you return your order in its original condition and unused packaging within 60 days of delivery. In the case of a refund, we will credit your bank account for the amount of the returned item.

Online orders on the www.veja-store.com website cannot be returned to the store. Please make your returns by following the online procedure only.

 

How do I make an exchange?

We do not do standard exchanges on our website www.veja-store.com. For a new size or a different model, simply place an order on our e-shop.
