I did not receive my package, what to do?

Delivery mode "Colissimo Suivi" is delivered by La Poste in two to three business days. It is delivered against the deposit of signature to the delivery address indicated in your order summary (online in the information about your orders after logging into your account or in your order registration email which is sent to you right after your order confirmation).

In case of absence, La Poste leaves you a notice of passage telling you the conditions of withdrawal of your package. The time to pick up your package is usually 14 days.

You may encounter different situations:

- If your package is announced "returned to the sender", our customer service will credit you a credit to make a new order.

- If your package is "pending at La Poste", provide your Colissimo number and your identity card to remove the parcel in the indicated agency.
