What are the conditions to make a return?

Only items returned within 28 days after delivery, in new condition and their original packaging, accompanied by the "Return Request" duly completed, will be accepted.

 

I have an error in my order received ...

How to proceed to an exchange?

We are unable to do exchange. We advise you to return and ask for credit to recommend your desired model to the desired size.

 

What are the conditions for returning an item?

We make assets or refunds. If you make the request and provided we return, within 28 days after delivery, your order in its original condition, its original packaging and unused, Veja can refund your order or proceed to a credit. In case of a refund, we will re-credit your bank account for the amount of the returned item.

How to return a European order?

To make the return, let yourself be guided by the following steps:

  • Log in to your account at www.veja-store.com and go to "My Orders"
  • Select the order containing the product you want to return
  • Select the product you want to return by checking the box next to its name
  • Indicate the reason for the return. All returns must be in new condition
  • Return the item to its original packaging in your package
  • Drag the completed return form available in PDF format from your personal space
  • Paste the prepaid label, have your proof of deposit stamped and keep it.

 

If you placed your order before 06/25/2020, you will not be able to request your return online.

How to return an international order?

OUTSIDE FRANCE, EUROPE AND UNITED KINGDOM

  • Log in to your account at www.veja-store.com and go to "My Orders"
  • Select the order containing the product you want to return
  • Select the product you want to return by checking the box next to its name
  • Indicate the reason for the return. All returns must be in new condition
  • Return the item to its original condition and packaging in your package
  • Drag the completed return form available in PDF format from your personal space
  • Remove the document "Customs Declaration / CN23" present in the transparent white envelope stuck on the package of your package
  • Delete the phrase "Sale of goods"Check the "Return Merchandise" box
  • Put the document back in the transparent pouch
  • Your return must be returned as "Standard" delivery by your local Post Office. Your parcel number must begin with the letter "C".

 

Veja reserves the right not to accept an international return if it does not comply with the above steps.

How to get the refund / have my order returned?

From the moment you receive your return to our logistics warehouse, we will process your request as soon as possible.
If you have requested a refund, your account will then be credited under one week.
If you have requested a credit, you will receive it by email, and you will be able to use it on our e-shop.

You will receive a notification of reimbursement / credit by email when your request is processed after the warehouse has processed your return.

How long can I have to return an item?

You have 28 days from the receipt of your package to return it to us. It just needs to be new and in the original packaging.

 

Who pays for the return costs?

If the product does not give you complete satisfaction you have 28 days clear on the date of delivery of the parcel to return us the article(s) concerned new and in their packing of origin.
