What are the conditions to make a return?

Only items returned within 60 days after delivery, in new condition and their original packaging, accompanied by the "Return Request" duly completed, will be accepted.

The return period is exceptionally extended to 60 days for all orders placed on Veja Store from 01/11/2020 inclusive.

 

I have an error in my order received ...

How to proceed to an exchange?

We do not offer regular exchanges on our website Veja.com.

If you need a different size or another style you will need to place a new order on our e-shop.

You can return your item directly from your VEJA personal space by following the steps below:

 

1.Log in to your account at www.veja-store.com and go to "Orders"

2. Select the order containing the product you want to return

3. Select the product you want to return by checking the box next to its name

4. Indicate the reason for the return. All returns must be in new condition

5. Print your return form in your personal space and place it once completed. Unfortunately, if this form is missing, we will not be able to identify your order number and process your return promptly.

6. Paste the prepaid shipping label, get your proof of deposit stamped and keep it.

 

What are the conditions for returning an item?

We make assets or refunds. If you make the request and provided we return, within 28 days after delivery, your order in its original condition, its original packaging and unused, Veja can refund your order or proceed to a credit. In case of a refund, we will re-credit your bank account for the amount of the returned item.

How to return a European order?

4. Indicate the reason for the return. All returns must be in new condition

6. Paste the prepaid shipping label, get your proof of deposit stamped and keep it.

 

If you have placed and order before 06/25/2020 you will not be able to do your return request online. Please return your items manually with the return form in your order.

How to return an international order?

OUTSIDE FRANCE, EUROPE AND UNITED KINGDOM

 

1. Log in to your account at www.veja-store.com and go to "My Orders"

2. Select the order containing the product you want to return

3. Select the product you want to return by checking the box next to its name

4. Indicate the reason for the return. All returns must be in new condition and in its original packaging.

5. Print your return form in your personal space and place it once completed. Unfortunately, if this form is missing, we will not be able to identify your order number and process your return promptly.

6. Remove the document "Customs Declaration / CN23" present in the transparent white envelope stuck on the package of your package

7. Delete the phrase "Sale of goods"Check the "Return Merchandise" box

8. Put the document back in the transparent pouch

9. Your return must be returned as "Standard" delivery by your local Post Office. Your parcel number must begin with the letter "C". 

 

Veja reserves the right not to accept an international return if it does not comply with the above steps.

I cannot find my return or the prepaid label ...

Free returns to France and Europe*.

*Returns are free in France for orders over 65€/$ (£60 / ¥500) , and in Europe for orders over 80€/$ (£70 / ¥770).

 

How to get the refund / have my order returned?

From the moment you receive your return to our logistics warehouse, we will process your request as soon as possible. The maximum processing time for the return upon receipt is 5 days.

If you have requested a refund, your account will then be credited under one week.
If you have requested a credit, you will receive it by email, and you will be able to use it on our e-shop.

You will receive a notification of reimbursement / credit by email when your request is processed after the warehouse has processed your return.

How long can I have to return an item?

You have 60 days from the receipt of your package to return it to us. It just needs to be new and in the original packaging.

 

Who pays for the return costs?

If the product does not give you complete satisfaction you have 60 days clear on the date of delivery of the parcel to return us the article(s) concerned new and in their packing of origin.
