Before ordering any Product from (« Vejastore »), we invite you to carefully read the entirety of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (« GTC »).

1.1. These GTC apply to all sales agreements concluded between Veja Fair Trade SARL, whose registered office is at 146 rue du Faubourg Poissonnière, 75010 Paris (France), registered with the trade and companies’ register of Paris under number B478328107, VAT number FR89478328107 (« Veja ») and the user, understood as a consumer pursuant to the Consumer Code, i.e. any individual who acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of his commercial, industrial, craft, liberal or agricultural activity (« User », « you ») on the basis of orders placed via the Vejastore.


1.2. When you order products (« Products ») on the Vejastore, you unreservedly accept and agree to comply with the GTC. If you refuse to accept the GTC, you will not be able to place an order from the Vejastore.




2.1. You may only purchase products from the Vejastore if you are a user understood as an end consumer. If you are a professional reseller or distributor, you may not make purchases via the Vejastore. To ensure a better quality of service and availability of its Products to all users of the site, Veja reserves the right to limit the quantity of Products that can be purchased by a user.


2.2. We restrict purchases on our site to adults. By accepting these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Veja cannot be held responsible for any misrepresentation of the age of users.


2.3. We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders that appear to have been placed by professional resellers or distributors.




3.1. Creating a customer account


You can purchase products on the Vejastore with your login details after creating a customer account, or log in with your Twitter details or your Google account.


To create a new account on the Vejastore, you must correctly complete the fields of the registration form and choose a personal and confidential password. You must also confirm that you have read the privacy policy available on the site and confirm your registration. Registration for the newsletter is optional.


After registering on the Vejastore, you will receive an e-mail confirming the creation of your customer account and welcoming you to the e-mail address indicated in the registration form.

You can delete your account at any time in the following way:

My Account > "Personal Information" > "Delete my account". Upon receipt of the confirmation notice, all contractual relationships between you and Veja - with the exception of orders already submitted prior to the deletion request - will be considered terminated and the login credentials will be deleted.


3.2.The ordering process


The user chooses the different products of their choice and adds them to their basket via the quick add to basket or by clicking on "Add to basket".


At any time, you can:

- Check the number of products in the basket, the price of the products and the total amount by clicking on the "Basket" icon or "View and modify my basket",

- Continue your product selection by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button,

- Complete your order by clicking on the "Complete my order" button.


If you already have a customer account, you must identify yourself after clicking on the "Finalise my order" button, by entering your e-mail address and your password.


You will then be asked to indicate the delivery address for the products and to select a delivery method from those listed in Article 7.


Once this step has been completed, you are invited to choose a payment method from among those listed in Article 5 and to specify the billing address if it is different from the delivery address. You will not be able to click on "Finalise and pay my order" without having accepted these GTC by ticking the box provided for this purpose.


At any time during these steps, the details of your basket will appear.


The contract of sale between Veja and you is formed when your order is confirmed.


Between the moment you pay for your order and Veja sending you the order confirmation e-mail: "Order confirmed", Veja reserves the right not to accept the order in the event of:

- Dispute(s) between us;

- Total or partial non-payment of one or more of the previous orders;

- Refusal of payment authorisation by banking institutions;

- Problem with stock;

- Professional resellers or distributors;


Once the order is ready for shipment, we will send you an order dispatch e-mail.


If a product is unavailable after the order has been placed, only the price and shipping costs for the available products will be charged. Veja will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible of the unavailable products and the corresponding amount will be reimbursed using the same payment method as that used for the order.




4.1. The prices of the products are given in Euros with also the possibility of a choice of payment in US Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Yuan, Yen (on the basis of a monthly conversion via the converter used for the site).


4.2. Our prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes (incl. VAT) for orders to European Union countries. The amount of tax varies from one country to another, in particular due to the application of a different VAT rate. We are obliged to apply the VAT of the country of destination, so the final price including VAT may be recalculated depending on the country of delivery.


For orders to countries outside the European Union, the prices are indicated exclusive of tax (excl. VAT). These orders are subject to any taxes and customs duties in the country of destination.


4.3. As set out in 4.3 and 4.4, you will not be required to pay any taxes or customs duties on orders to Mainland France and European Union countries. The following delivery addresses are subject to taxes and customs duties:

- In any other country outside the European Union

- In overseas departments/regions and communities (DOM and COM)


The total amount you will have to pay is beyond our control. These costs must be paid by the recipient of the package.

If you refuse the parcel due to additional customs duties being charged on receipt, Veja reserves the right to charge the amount of these customs duties originally due by the customer up to €25.


4.4. The prices given on the Vejastore do not include delivery costs which are to be borne by the user.


4.5. Veja reserves the right to change the price of products and to change, limit or terminate any special offer, promotion or discount at any time.


4.6. Veja applies the prices in effect as indicated on the website at the time of your order. Please always check the price before sending your order.




5.1. Veja uses payment service providers to process transactions made via the website.


You can pay for your order with one of the following payment methods:

- Credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, JCB, American Express

- PayPal

- Apple Pay

- WeChat Pay

- iDEAL (only available for euro transactions)

- AliPay

- Sofort (available for delivery addresses in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Spain, Switzerland)

- Bancontact (available for a delivery address in Belgium)

- Multibanco (available for delivery address in Portugal)



5.2. The price must be paid at the time of the order.


5.3. Payment in 4 instalments by PayPal is available for orders between €50 and €2,000, according to the conditions proposed by PayPal. In the event of cancellation / return of a total or partial order, you will be automatically reimbursed for the monthly instalments already paid into your bank account.


5.4. We use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to enable encryption of your payment details such as your identity, address, and credit card details.

6.1. Once the order status indicates "Payment accepted", you have up to four (4) hours to cancel your order. You can cancel your order directly from the order confirmation page or from your customer account under the heading "My Orders". If the status of your order is different or if the four (4) hour deadline is exceeded, you will not be able to cancel your order.


6.2. Once the cancellation of the order has been registered by our services and according to your bank’s normal deadlines, please allow a minimum of five (5) working days to receive the refund. If we are only able to process part of your order, payment will be taken for the whole of your order, and upon dispatch of the goods, a refund of the unavailable goods will be made.


6.3. Once the order has been confirmed, it can no longer be changed. If you wish to change the content of the order, the method of payment or the delivery address, you can always cancel your order as explained above in point 6.1 or return the products upon receipt in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 or place a new order the same day in order to have the desired size or model.




7.1. The delivery


Once payment is confirmed, we process and deliver your order to the carrier within an average of 24 to 48 hours.

- Orders placed on Friday or Sunday are processed the following Monday.

- Orders placed on a public holiday are processed on the next working day.


Please note that delivery times and return delays can be extended up to 72 working hours while sales or inventories periods.


For pre-ordered products, the delivery time is generally longer. Delivery times are indicated in the product description on the website.


The following delivery methods are available and vary depending on your delivery country:

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you may follow the progress of your parcel at any time thanks to the tracking number sent by e-mail or via your customer account.


Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, products will be delivered according to the carrier's delivery conditions. You will receive the necessary information about the shipment by e-mail so that you can check the delivery conditions and the expected delivery date or time.


You will be responsible for the cost of delivery of the products and any taxes and customs duties as set out above in points 4.3 and 4.4.


Delivery costs and times vary according to the amount of the order, the country of destination and the type of delivery.

7.2. Prices


The applicable delivery costs are those mentioned on the site at the time of the Order in the "Delivery" and "Return".




8.1. Pursuant to Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Order to exercise their right of withdrawal from Veja, without having to give reasons for their decision.


In the case of an order for several products delivered separately, the deadline shall run from the receipt of the last product.


You can exercise your right of withdrawal by following the steps below, or by using and sending the sample withdrawal form that can be downloaded below, by post (Veja - Customer Service, 146 rue du Faubourg Poissonnière, 75010 Paris, France) or by e-mail (

The product(s) must be returned to the following address VEJA CHEZ LOG’INS – Pôle retour – Distripôle PARISUD Bâtiment 1 – 1 rue de l’espace Schengen – 91250 Lieusaint within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from communicating your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal.

8.2. Without prejudice to your statutory right of withdrawal, you have a period of twenty-eight (28) days from the date of first presentation of the package to return any product ordered that does not meet your requirements.

You can make a return request directly from your Veja customer account by following these steps:

After this period, we do not accept returns of unwanted items. If you attempt to make a return, we may be forced to send it back to you and ask you to pay for the delivery costs.

8.3. All returned items must be sent new, unworn, and unwashed. They should be returned in their original packaging wherever possible.


Returned Products that fail to comply with these conditions will be returned to you at your expense.


Veja will cover the cost of returns if the original delivery location was within the list of countries below* and under these conditions:

- In France for orders over €65

- In Europe for orders over €80


If the country of delivery is not in the above-mentioned countries or if the customer chooses another method of return than that offered by Veja, the return of the product(s) is at the customer's expense and risk.

*List of countries concerned by free returns: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland.

8.4. Reimbursement can be made :

- By re-crediting the bank card, if the payment was made by bank card

- Per credit note (valid for 1 year)


As long as the return conditions are met, the processing time by our services is 5 to 10 working days, starting from the receipt of the order in our warehouse. However, this period may be extended depending on the processing time of your bank or if the return requires additional control.

Please note that:

- If the Order was paid for with a Credit Note, the refund will automatically be made in Credit Notes. Credit notes are valid for one year and cannot be refunded.

- Exchanges are not possible. For a new size or a different model, we invite you to reorder.

- The return of Products purchased on the Vejastore cannot be done in a shop.

These GTCs are governed and interpreted according to French law, without prejudice to the application of more protective provisions of the user's local law. The competent court in the event of a dispute shall be that of the defendant's place of residence or, at the choice of the plaintiff, the place of actual delivery of the Product.




All contents of the website (including but not limited to illustrations, photographs, images, text, data, names, trademarks, and videos) are the exclusive property of Veja, its contractors or partners. These contents are governed by copyright, trademark, foreign copyright laws and other intellectual property rights.


Any reproduction of this content, in whole or in part, by any means, requires the prior written consent of Veja. You may not attach or download content from the website without the written consent of Veja.




In accordance with Article 1148 of the French Civil Code, VEJA shall not be liable for any delay in delivery and/or damage resulting from force majeure as provided by the case law of the French courts.


Use of the website is on an "as is" basis and VEJA reserves the right to change the content without notice.


However, we make every effort to ensure the accuracy, usability, and completeness of the website. Nevertheless, VEJA shall not be liable for any malfunctioning due to maintenance work, technical failures, interruptions of the Internet network, force majeure, third party action and any other circumstances whatsoever.


Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of warranties, so the above may not apply to you.

Veja reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice if these are necessary to comply with new legal provisions, to adapt the terms and conditions to Veja's sales procedures or for technical reasons. The terms and conditions applicable at the time the order is placed shall apply. Updated versions of the GTC shall be published on the Vejastore.
