Can I exchange an order I received as a gift?

Unfortunately no, we do not yet offer a direct exchange service.

 

If you wish to exchange VEJA other than those received as a gift, we invite you to contact the offerer directly. Via their customer account, they can make a return request and obtain a return form and a pre-paid label*.

 

Once the pair has been received in our warehouse, a period of 5 to 7 working days is necessary to register it. A refund or credit note will then be credited according to the customer's request, allowing them to order a new pair.

 

*Returns are free of charge for orders in France from 65€ of purchase, and in Europe* from 80€ of purchase.
