Free returns in France and Europe*.

You can make your return directly in your personal VEJA space by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your account at www.veja-store.comet and go to "My orders".
2. Select the order containing the product you wish to return.
3. Select the product you wish to return by checking the box next to its name.
4. Indicate the reason for the return. All returns must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
5. Slip in the completed returns form to be printed out, available as a PDF file from your personal area. Unfortunately if this form is missing we will not be able to identify your order number and process your return quickly.
6. Attach the pre-paid printable label, get your proof of deposit stamped and keep it. Please drop off your return at a postal centre.

What are the conditions for returning an item?

We offer credit notes or refunds. If you request a refund or credit note and return your order to us within 60 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging, Veja can issue a refund or credit note. In the case of a refund, we will credit your bank account for the amount of the returned item.

Online orders on the www.veja-store.com website cannot be returned to the shop. Please return your order using the online procedure only.

How do I make an exchange?

We do not offer standard exchanges on our website www.veja-store.com. For a new size or a different model, simply place your order on our e-shop.

Who pays for the return shipping?

Returns are free of charge in France for purchases over 65€, and in Europe* for purchases over 80€.
