What are the conditions to make a return? 

Only items returned within 28 days after delivery, in new condition and their original box, accompanied by the "Return Request" duly completed, will be accepted. 


How to proceed to an exchange? 

We do not offer regular exchanges on our website 

If you need a different size or another style you will need to place a new order on our e-shop. 

You can return your item directly from your VEJA personal space by following the steps below: 

1.Log in to your account at and go to "Orders". 

2. Select the order containing the product you want to return. 

3. Select the product you want to return by checking the box next to its name. 

4. Indicate the reason for the return. All returns must be in new condition. 

5. Print your return form in your personal space and place it once completed. Unfortunately, if this form is missing, we will not be able to identify your order number and process your return promptly. 

6. Paste the prepaid shipping label, get your proof of deposit stamped and keep it. 

We invite you to make your parcel drop-offs at DHL PARCEL points.

Please make sure to visit a DHL PARCEL Service Point and not a DHL express store drop-off point, otherwise, you might be asked for a "waybill number", which will block the process.


What are the conditions for returning an item? 

We make assets or refunds. If you make the request and provide the return within 28 days after delivery, your order in its original condition, its original box and unused, Veja can refund your order or proceed to a credit. In case of a refund, we will re-credit your bank account for the amount of the returned item.

How to get the refund / have my order returned? 

In order to receive a refund or a credit, the returned product(s) must be in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging (box, accessories). Any product that has been worn, damaged, is not in its original box or whose packaging is damaged will not be eligible for a refund or credit. 
From the moment we receive your return in our warehouse, the average processing time is 5 working days (Monday to Friday). 

The confirmation of your refund or the edition of your credit will be notified to you by email. 

A credit note is valid for 1 year from the date of issue 
Credit notes created as a commercial gesture are not refundable.

How long can I have to return an item? 

You have 28 days from the receipt of your package to return it to us. It just needs to be new and in the original box. 


Who pays for the return costs? 


Free returns to England, Northern Irland, Wales and Scotland from £90 except for Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man. 


If the product does not give you complete satisfaction you have 28 days clear on the date of delivery of the parcel to return us the article(s) concerned new and in their box of origin.
