During your first visit to the VEJASTORE, choose your delivery area. You can change it at any time.

 

  • Go to the "Shop in" tab at the top or bottom of the page
  • Select your location, language and/or currency
  • Validate by clicking on "Save"

 

On mobile, the "Shop in" tab is located in the main menu at the top left of your screen.

 

Is there shipping cost?

Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery locations.

Free shipping from £90 purchases.

Below £90 of purchases : £5.

 

Please note :  Delivery guaranteed for all orders placed before 7:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays). Beyond this date / time, your order will be shipped within a minimum of two days.

What are the delivery times?

Once your payment has been confirmed, we guarantee a preparation and shipping time for your order of 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)(3). You must then add the shipping time announced below. Any order placed before midnight, excluding sales and special operations, is therefore prepared and dispatched on D+1 or D+2, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note : Pre ordered and/or limited edition items usually have delayed delivery times. These items are delivered within the time frame indicated in the product description.

  • Delivery & returns in UK for all orders over £90 in eligible countries (1)
  • Delivery in UK within 2-4 working days depending on countries  (2)

(1) List of countries concerned by free returns: England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland.

(2) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), from receipt of the order confirmation email unless otherwise stated  in the product description.

Delivery guaranteed for all orders placed before 7.30pm, from Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays), from the moment we receive the order confirmation email.  Count 2 to 3 working days for England and Wales and 2 to 4 working days for Northern Ireland, Scotland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man.

 

However delivery may vary depending on the routing time of the local stations. We do not accept any liability for longer delivery times due to the carrier.

Can I ship to a place other than my home?

Your personal account VEJASTORE allows you to register multiple delivery addresses. You can choose to have it delivered to you but also at your place of work.

(Warning: when you choose to be delivered to your workplace, you accept the responsibility of a third party for the reception of your order).

 

How do I choose my delivery country? 

WARNING: On the "United Kingdom" shop, the only delivery destination available is the United Kingdom.

If you want to change your destination shipping , please modifie your shop, language and currency thanks to the Shop in tab.
