How can I change or cancel my order?

Change my order: Following the last RGPD law to protect consumer data, order changes are not possible.

 

Cancel my order: When your order is under the “Accepted payment” status you have up to two hours to cancel your order. You can cancel it directly on the order confirmation page or your account in “My orders”. If your order is under a different status or if you miss the four-hour deadline you won’t be able to cancel your order.



To cancel your order (available up to 4 hours after purchase):

  • Go to your personal account

  • Select "My Orders" tab

  • Select the order to cancel

  • Click on "Cancel"
