Where do I enter my promotional code?

You can enter the discount code during payment, before confirming your order.

To add the discount code:

• Go to " 2. Summary and payment".
• On your right, you can enter your discount code by clicking on "Apply a coupon".
• Click on "Apply".

The discount will automatically be applied to the total amount of your basket. If when you try to add it, the discount is not applied, it is either because the code is no longer valid or because you have already used it.

If you think there has been a problem with this, please do not hesitate to inform us via the contact form.

Tip: you can delete the discount by clicking on the "Cancel" button.

How do I use my credit?

Your credit notes are automatically credited to your customer account.

When you make your payment, you can directly select the payment option with your balance.

You can use your credit balance at the time of payment by clicking on "Use" when choosing your payment method.

If the value of your basket is lower than the value of your credit note, the remaining amount will be credited to a new credit note.

If the value of your basket is higher, you will have to pay the balance using one of the payment methods offered on the website.

Tip: to find out if you have a credit note, go to the "Credit notes" section of your customer account. When a credit note is generated, an automatic email is also sent to the email address in your customer account.

Please note: a credit is valid for 1 year from the day it was created. Beyond that, it will no longer be valid and cannot be generated again.
