How to return a European order?

We will only accept items returned within 28 days, unworn and in their original packaging (no damage to the box), with the return slip, available to download on your customer account.

 

You can make your return directly in your personal VEJA space by following the steps below:

 

FRANCE AND EUROPE

1. Log in to your account on www.veja-store.com and access "My orders".

2. Select the order containing the product you wish to return.

3. Select the product you wish to return by checking the box next to its name.

4. Indicate the reason for return. All returns must be in new condition and in their original packaging.

5. Slip in the completed return form to be printed available in PDF format from your personal space. Unfortunately if this form is missing we will not be able to identify your order number and process your return quickly.

6. Print and stamp your prepaid shipping label on your package.

- In case of return with Colissimo, get your proof of deposit stamped and keep it. Then please drop off your return at a postal centre.

- In case of return with Mondial Relay, drop off your return package in a pick-up point. Click on this link to find your nearest pick-up point.*

 

UNITED KINGDOM

1. Log in to your account at www.veja-store.com and go to "Orders"
2. Select the order containing the product you want to return
3. Select the product you want to return by checking the box next to its name
4. Indicate the reason for the return. All returns must be in new condition
5. Print your return form in your personal space and place it once completed. Unfortunately, if this form is missing, we will not be able to identify your order number and process your return promptly.

What are the conditions for returning an item?

We issue credit notes or refunds. If you request a refund or credit, Veja can issue a refund or credit note if you return your order in its original condition and unused packaging within 60 days of delivery.In the case of a refund, we will credit your bank account for the amount of the returned item.

 

Online orders on the www.veja-store.com website cannot be returned to the store. Please make your returns by following the online procedure only.

 

How do I make an exchange?

We do not do standard exchanges on our website www.veja-store.com. For a new size or a different model, simply place an order on our e-shop.

 

Who pays for the return shipping ?

Returns are free in France for orders over 65€/$ (60£/¥500), and in Europe, in the concerned countries, for orders over 80€/$ (70£/¥770).

 

Free returns to the United Kingdom*.

*Free returns to England, Northern Irland, Wales and Scotland from £90 except for Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man.
