We will only accept items returned within 28 days, unworn and in their original packaging (no damage to the box), with the return slip, available to download on your customer account.

We make assets or refunds. If you make the request and you respect the conditions mentioned before, VEJA can refund you or proceed to make a credit. In case of a refund, we will re-credit your bank account for the amount of the returned item.

- In case of return with Colissimo, get your proof of deposit stamped and keep it. Then please drop off your return at a postal centre.

- In case of return with Mondial Relay, drop off your return package in a pick-up point. Click on this link to find your nearest pick-up point.*

Please note: In case of payment with a credit note, the refund will be made in a credit note and will not be refunded to the credit card used for the payment of the online order.
