We will only accept items returned within 28 days, unworn and in their original packaging (no damage to the box), with the return slip, available to download on your customer account.

Online orders on the www.veja-store.com website cannot be returned to the shop. Please make your returns by following the online procedure only. For more information on our returns policy, please see our returns policy.

Credits offered as a commercial gesture are valid for 1 year and are not refundable.

Please note: In case of payment with a credit note, the refund will be made in a credit note and will not be refunded to the credit card used for the payment of the online order.
