What are the payments methods?

You can pay for your orders using multiple payment solutions:

 

  • Credit cards (Carte Bleue, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay)(1)
  • Paypal
  • Alipay
  • Giropay
  • Bancontact
  • Sofort (payment method available for these destinations : Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland)
  • WeChat Pay
  • iDEAL(2)
  • Multibanco(3) (payment method available for Portugal)

 

If you wish to pay by credit card

 

  • Select the checkbox "Bank cards"

  • Click on the logo of the card you want to use (Carte Bleue, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB)

  • Enter the number of your card, its date of validity and its three-digit cryptogram number, located on the back of your card.

 

(1) Carte Bleue, American Express, JCB and Union Pay are not available for the United Kingdom.

(2) iDEAL is only available for transactions in Euro (€).

(3)  Please note, however, that if you are using Multibanco to pay for your order and a refund needs to be processed, we will not be able to process the refund using your original payment method.
