What are the conditions to make a return?

Only items returned within 28 days after delivery, in new condition and their original packaging, accompanied by the "Return Request" duly completed, will be accepted.

Free returns in United States for orders over 100$, except Puerto Rico.

How to return an order?

To make the return, let yourself be guided by the following steps:

 

1. Log in to your account at www.veja-store.com and go to "Orders"

2. Select the order containing the product you want to return

3. Select the product you want to return by checking the box next to its name

4. Indicate the reason for the return. All returns must be in new condition

5. Print your return form in your personal space and place it once completed. Unfortunately, if this form is missing, we will not be able to identify your order number and process your return promptly.

6. Paste the prepaid shipping label, get your proof of deposit stamped and keep it.

Please drop it off at a postal centre. 

 

How to proceed to an exchange?

We do not offer regular exchanges on our website Veja.com.

If you need a different size or another style you could either ask for a credit note in your return request or place a new order on our e-shop.

 

What are the conditions for returning an item?

We make credit or refund. If you make the request and provid the return, within 28 days after delivery, your order in its original condition, its original packaging and unused, Veja can refund your order or proceed to a credit. In case of a refund, we will re-credit your bank account for the amount of the returned item.

Online orders on the www.veja-store.com website cannot be returned to the shop. Please make your returns by following the online procedure only.

How to get the refund / have my order returned?

To be eligible for a refund or credit, products must be returned in their original working condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). Any product that has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging, or whose packaging has been worn beyond simple opening of the product, will not be refunded. The processing time for a return after receipt in our warehouse is 5 working days. Provided that the above return conditions are met:

 

 - If you have requested a refund, this will be made within 14 days of receipt and processing by VEJA of the returned item.

 - If you have requested a credit, your VEJA customer account will be credited within one week after receipt and processing by VEJA of the returned item. The validity period of a credit note is one (1) year.



You will receive a notification of reimbursement / credit by email when your request is processed after the warehouse has processed your return.


 Please note: The return of an order paid with a credit note will necessarily be subject to a new credit note valid for 1 year.

How long can I have to return an item?

You have 28 days from the receipt of your package to return it to us. It just needs to be new and in the original packaging.

 

Who pays for the return costs?

If the product does not give you complete satisfaction you have 28 days clear on the date of delivery of the parcel to return us the article(s) concerned new and in their packing of origin.
