Are taxes included?
Our prices have displayed all taxes included. However, orders may be subject to any taxes and customs charges of the country of destination. These costs and the related formalities are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. They are to be paid to the carrier upon delivery.
Taxes could be applied during the checkout, depending of your shipping destination. These taxes concerned one taxable state which is New York.

What are the delivery times?
Once your payment has been confirmed, we guarantee a preparation and shipping time for your order of 2 to 4 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Any order placed before midnight, excluding sales and special operations, is therefore prepared and dispatched on D+3 or D+5, excluding weekends and public holidays. You must then add the shipping time.
Please note : Pre ordered and/or limited edition items usually have delayed delivery times. These items are delivered within the time frame indicated in the product description.

- Express delivery in the United States within 2-4 working days**
* Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), from receipt of the order confirmation email unless otherwise stated in the product description.
** Express delivery guaranteed for all orders placed before 7.30pm, from Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays), from receipt of the order confirmation email.

Can I ship to a place other than my home?
Your personal account VEJASTORE allows you to register multiple delivery addresses. You can choose to have it delivered to you but also at your place of work.
(Warning: when you choose to be delivered to your workplace, you accept the responsibility of a third party for the reception of your order).
How do I choose my delivery country?
WARNING : On the "United States" shop, the only delivery destination available is the United States.
If you want to change your destination shipping , please modifie your shop, language and currency thanks to the Shop in tab.
