Is there shipping cost?


In France
Free shipping from 65 $.
Below 65 $ of purchase: 5 $.

In Europe
Free shipping from 99 $ purchases, below this amount: 8 $.
Countries in the Europe zone excluding U.E, free shipping from 140 $ purchases, below this amount: 15 $.

Free shipping from 170 $ of purchase, below this amount: 25 $.

Are taxes included?

Our prices have displayed all taxes included for orders to countries of the European Union.
For orders to countries outside the European Union, prices are quoted excluding tax. However, these orders are subject to any taxes and customs charges of the country of destination. These costs and the related formalities are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. They are to be paid to the carrier upon delivery.


What are the delivery methods offered?

The VEJASTORE offers the following delivery methods: Colissimo and UPS.


For the international, standard delivery with Colissimo, then attached to your local postal service.


What are the delivery times?

In France
72 hours, from the "shipped" status of your order (Monday to Saturday).

In Europe
5 to 8 working days from the "shipped" status of your order.

International and Outside EU area
Colissimo: 14 to 21 working days from the "shipped" status of your order. However delivery may vary depending on the routing time of the local stations. We do not accept any liability for longer delivery times due to the carrier.
Warning: Additional shipping costs for international shipments can be added, and are at the customer's charge.


You will be able to follow the progress of your parcel at any time thanks to the tracking number communicated after the dispatch of your order.


How to track my package?

We guarantee a processing time and preparation of your order from 24 to 48 hours working day.

Any order placed before midnight, excluding sales and special operations, is therefore prepared and shipped on day + 1 or day + 2, excluding weekends and holidays.


You will receive an e-mail as soon as your package is shipped with a link allowing you to track the delivery of your package. You can follow the evolution of your package on the website or For international orders, the tracking of your package will also be provided by the sites of your local postal services.

Can I ship to a place other than my home?

Your personal account VEJASTORE allows you to register multiple delivery addresses. You can choose to have it delivered to you but also at your place of work.

(Warning: when you choose to be delivered to your workplace, you accept the responsibility of a third party for the reception of your order).


Another possibility is offered to you, that of recovering your package in a relay package. To do this, simply choose "Relais Colis" as the delivery type at the time of your order.
