By using www.veja- store.com (the "Website"), you warrant that you have read and reviewed this agreement and agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement, please leave the Website immediately. VEJA only agrees to provide you with the use of this Website if you accept this Agreement.

We may, from time to time and at any time without notice to you, modify this agreement. You agree that we have the right to modify this agreement or revise the terms contained herein. You further agree that all modifications to this agreement are in full force and effect immediately upon posting on the website. All modifications or variations shall supersede any prior versions of this agreement unless prior versions are specifically mentioned or incorporated into the latest modification or variation of this agreement.

You must be at least 16 (sixteen) years old to visit the website. Placing an order through the website constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to make a purchase from this website. By using the website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the capacity to approve this agreement. VEJA assumes no liability for any misrepresentation concerning your age and your making such a misrepresentation constitutes a material breach of this agreement.

2. Account information

You have the option to create an account with VEJA when you make a purchase on the Website. You agree that the information you provide during the account creation process will be accurate. You also agree not to:

• Select, register or attempt to register, or use the name or other identifiable information of another person with the intention of usurping that person's identity.
• Use another person’s name without that person's express consent.
• Use a name in breach of any person's intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to reject the registration or terminate the account of anyone who breaches the terms of this agreement at our sole discretion. You will be responsible for keeping your password confidential and agree to notify Veja immediately of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all declarations, actions and omissions in relation to your account while your password is in use.

You must not authorize any third party to access or use the website to act on your behalf. If you do so, you will be solely responsible for all acts and/or omissions of that third party in connection with the website. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur through the use of your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account information, or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any unauthorized use of Your account.

3. Purchases

Items available at www.veja-store.com are only offered to customers with a U.S. address. If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent or guardian review these terms and privacy policy and register or order on your behalf.

We reserve the sole right to refuse, prohibit or limit orders for any reason, including but not limited to orders that, in VEJA's sole discretion, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You are responsible for paying any governmental taxes, customs and administrative charges imposed by a carrier with the use of the website or purchase.

Taxes may be applied during the purchase process, depending on the shipping destination. These taxes refer to a taxable state which is New York.

Warning! If you wish to have your order delivered to Brazil, we advise you to order on our website VERT.

Countries outside Europen Union

For orders to countries outside the European Union, prices are quoted exclusive of tax . These orders are subject to any taxes and customs duties in the country of destination.

These costs and formalities are the responsibility of the customer/consignee. They are to be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery. You are responsible for the payment of all governmental taxes, administrative fees and customs duties charged by a carrier when you use the website or make a purchase.
In the event that the recipient refuses the package due to additional customs duties charged to the recipient upon receipt, VEJA reserves the right to charge the amount of such customs duties originally due by the customer up to €25 (£25).

 4. Order process

All sales will be effective once VEJA confirms the order. Your order is confirmed by sending you a "We have your order!" email. This email will also indicate that payment has been accepted and billed to your identified payment method. VEJA reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason (including, but not limited to, item availability, problems with the order received, abnormal order, predictable delivery-related problems, or problems with a previous order). You agree to provide VEJA with truthful and accurate information in your order. Since the information you provide to VEJA is essential for order processing and delivery, for billing and for the establishment of warranty contracts, failure to provide these details accurately and completely will result in the cancellation of your order. VEJA has the right to cancel an order for any legitimate reason:

• VEJA couldn’t deliver the customer to the address provided,
• Spelling errors,
• Pricing errors,
• Other errors or mistakes in the product information,
• VEJA believes the customer is under 18 years old,
• The order is flagged by VEJA's security system as an unusual or potentially fraudulent order.

When your order status is indicated as "Payment accepted", you will have four (4) hours in which to cancel your order. You can cancel your order directly on the order confirmation page by going to "My Orders" in your account. Where your order status is different or after the four-hour time limit has lapsed, you will be unable to cancel your order.

In the event of an order cancellation, please allow up to five (5) business days after the cancellation is recorded for a refund to be issued. If we are only able to fulfill part of your order, payment will be made for your entire order and, once the products are shipped, a refund will be made for the unavailable products.

5. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, we will apply the current prices indicated to you on the website at the time your order was placed.

You agree to guarantee payment for any item you purchase from VEJA, and acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. By purchasing a physical product, you agree to provide VEJA with a valid email and shipping address and valid billing information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel an order if any information you provide is inaccurate or incomplete. If we do so after payment has been processed, we will refund the amount of the purchase price. We may also request additional information from you before confirming a sale, and we reserve the right to impose additional restrictions on the sale of any VEJA product. For sales of physical products, we may pre-authorize your credit or debit card at the time you place your order, or we may charge your card at the time of shipment. You agree to monitor your method of payment. Shipping costs and dates are subject to change from the costs and dates quoted due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Secure payment

We may use a third-party payment services provider to process transactions made via the website.

We accept payments via PayPal, credit card or debit card. We use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to enable encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information such as credit card details. 7. Delivery conditions

Once your payment has been confirmed, we process and deliver your order to the carrier within an average of 24 to 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

(Please note that delivery times and return delays can be extended up to 72 working hours while sales or inventories periods.)

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you must add the delivery time. This time depends on the chosen transport solution and your delivery address.

You will be able to follow the progress of your parcel at any time thanks to the tracking number communicated after your order has been shipped.

VEJA offers free standard shipping for every order over one hundred dollars (U.S.) ($100.00).
Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery address in the United States and the shipping method chosen (Standard or Express).

Please note: Pre ordered and/or limited edition items usually have delayed delivery times. These items are delivered within the time frame indicated in the product description.

8. Returns and withdrawal policy

Except for all sale and discounted items, which are final sales, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 28 days from the date of delivery of the item using the returns slip available through your account. All returns must be accompanied by your receipt and a completed and signed returns slip. Please drop it off at a postal facility.

You are responsible for all shipping fees for returned items. However, returns are free in the United States for orders over one hundred dollars (U.S.) ($100.00).

To be eligible for a refund or credit, products must be returned in their original working condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.).  VEJA will proceed to the refund provided that the item s respect our return policy: only items returned within 28 days after delivery, in new condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the "Return Request" duly completed, will be accepted. The processing time for a return after receipt in our warehouse is 10 working days. Provided that the above return conditions are met:

- If you have requested a refund, the refund will be made within 15 days after VEJA has received and processed the returned item.

- Credits offered as a commercial gesture are valid for 1 year and are not refundable.

As stated above, VEJA does not offer exchange.

Please note: In case of payment with a credit note, the refund will be made in a credit note and will not be refunded to the credit card used for the payment of the online order.

9. Confidentiality

10. Registration

When you register on the website, which is necessary in order to complete an order, you must select a username, which can be your email address or another term, and a password. You can also provide personal details, including, but not limited to, your name. You are responsible for the accuracy of such information. All website content: logos, icons, audio clips, sounds, music, software, and any combination of those are owned and/or licensed by the customer. The VEJA brand, logos, icons, audio clips, sounds, music, software, and any combination of those that appear on Customer's products, website, online platforms, accessories, or packaging, whether registered or not, are and remain the property of Customer.

The customer's trademarks, whether registered or not, are and remain the exclusive property of VEJA and/or its licensees. They are protected by applicable trademark laws, international treaties, rules, regulations, and guidelines.

12. Rules on administration

You may not administer, or give the impression that a third-party website presents or endorses, an item of content on this website, or incorporate any intellectual property belonging to the website, Veja, or any of their licensors on another website or another service, without Veja's prior express written consent.

13. Trademarks

You may not use any other trademark or brand name featured on the website without the prior written consent of Veja or the owner of the trademark or brand name.

14.  Permission to reprint and create web links

All website content is, without restriction, protected by US and foreign copyright and trademark law. To request permission to reprint any material on the website (excluding personal and non-commercial use).

15. Veja communications

By registering and/or making a purchase on the website, you acknowledge that we may send you communications or website data, including, but not limited to: ( i ) notifications about products that you request, including notifications regarding purchase conditions; (ii) updates; and (iii) information or documents regarding transactions, products and/or services that you select or purchase or that you interact with through your use of the website. By using and registering on the website, you agree to receive these emails from Veja.

Your use of the website is "as is" and "as available". Veja provides no guarantees as to the accuracy, usability or completeness of the website. These terms and conditions are subject to French law.

Veja has submitted the file (declaration 1235194) containing named customer data for the www.veja-store.com website to French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.

Under this law, customers have a right of access, rectification and objection over personal data collected about them. These rights may be exercised online via "My account" on the website.

Limitations of or exemptions from liability for certain damages may not be admissible under certain laws. As such, the aforementioned limitation or exemption cannot be applied to you.
