The ChromeFree leather is smooth and light. Coming also from the farms located in the south of Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul), it undergoes an innovative tanning process where no chrome, heavy metals or dangerous acids are involved. By simplifying the tanning process, the use of chemicals and energy is limited, the use of water is reduced by about 40% and the use of salt by 80%. After tanning, the water is recyclable. ChromeFree leather is used on the entire
leather Kids collection. Made in Brazil.

The Vegan Suede is coming from the State of São Paulo in Jacareí, this suede is a 100% vegan synthetic textile and an alternative to animal produced suede. It is a nonwoven fabric made of microfibers that are
needle-punched together and impregnated with P.U. resin. This solvent-free process is less toxic than the ones used to produce classic synthetics suedes. Made in Brazil.

This lining TECH is made of 100% recycled polyester.
Developed to acquire better resistance to friction and provide maximum comfort and flexibility thanks to its knitted structure. This lining is used for our whole Kids collection. Made in Brazil.

Cette doublure en jersey est composée à 100 % de polyester recyclé. Développée pour résister aux frottements et apporter un maximum de confort et de souplesse grâce à sa structure en maille, cette doublure est utilisée sur toute la collection Kids. Fabriquée au Brésil.

Le cuir ChromeFree est souple et léger. Provenant également des fermes du sud du Brésil (Rio Grande do Sul), il subit un procédé de tannage innovant durant lequel aucun chrome, métal lourd ou acide dangereux n’est utilisé. La simplification des étapes de tannage permet de limiter l’utilisation de produits chimiques, d’énergie, ainsique de réduire l’utilisation d’eau d’environ 40 % et celle du sel de 80 %. Après tannage, l’eau est recyclable. Le cuir ChromeFree est utilisé sur toute la collection Kids en cuir. Fabriqué au Brésil.

Le Suède Vegan est fabriqué dans l’Etat de São Paulo à Jacareí, ce suède est un textile synthétique 100 % vegan qui offre une alternative au suède provenant du cuir. C’est un textile non-tissé composé de microfibres, consolidées par un aiguilletage et imprégnées de résine polyuréthane. Aucun solvant n’est utilisé durant le processus. Fabriqué au Brésil
