Select your location, language and/or currency
Validate by clicking on "Save".

Is there shipping cost?

Standard

In France
Free shipping from ¥500.
Below ¥500 of purchase: ¥40 .

In Europe
Free shipping from ¥800 purchases, below this amount: ¥60.
Countries in the Europe zone excluding U.E, free shipping from ¥1000 purchases, below this amount: ¥120.

Internationally
Free shipping from ¥1200 of purchase, below this amount: ¥200.

 

Express

In France
¥60 extra.

In Europe
¥100 extra.

International
¥200 extra.

 

Are taxes included?

Our prices have displayed all taxes included for orders to countries of the European Union.
For orders to countries outside the European Union, prices are quoted excluding tax. However, these orders are subject to any taxes and customs charges of the country of destination. These costs and the related formalities are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. They are to be paid to the carrier upon delivery.

 

What are the delivery methods offered?

The VEJASTORE offers the following delivery methods: Colissimo and UPS.

 

For the international, standard delivery with Colissimo, then attached to your local postal service.

 

What are the delivery times?

Once your payment has been confirmed, we guarantee a preparation and shipping time for your order of 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You must then add the shipping time announced below.
Any order placed before midnight, excluding sales and special operations, is therefore prepared and dispatched on D+1 or D+2, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

In France

Standard delivery: 72 hours (in working days) from the "shipped" status of your order.
Express delivery: 24 hours (in working days) from the "shipped" status of your order.

In Europe
Standard delivery: 5 to 8 working days from the "shipped" status of your order.
Express delivery: 1 to 3 business days from the "shipped" status of your order.

International and Outside EU area
Standard delivery: 14 to 21 working days from the "shipped" status of your order. 

 Express delivery: 2 to 5 business days from the "shipped" status of your order.

 

However delivery may vary depending on the routing time of the local stations. We do not accept any liability for longer delivery times due to the carrier.

 

Warning:  In case of delivery to CTOMs and internationally, administrative and customs charges may be applied by the carrier. These costs and the related formalities are to be borne by the customer/consignee. They are to be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery.

 

You will be able to follow the progress of your parcel at any time thanks to the tracking number communicated after the dispatch of your order.

 

How to track my package?

We guarantee a processing time and preparation of your order from 24 to 48 hours working day.

Any order placed before midnight, excluding sales and special operations, is therefore prepared and shipped on day + 1 or day + 2, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a link allowing you to track the delivery of your package.
You can follow the progress of your package on the website http://www.laposte.fr or www.ups.com.
For international orders, the tracking of your package will also be provided by the sites of your local postal services.

Can I ship to a place other than my home?

Your personal account VEJASTORE allows you to register multiple delivery addresses. You can choose to have it delivered to you but also at your place of work.

(Warning: when you choose to be delivered to your workplace, you accept the responsibility of a third party for the reception of your order).

 

Another possibility is offered to you, that of recovering your package in a relay package. To do this, simply choose "Relais Colis" as the delivery type at the time of your order.

 

Enter the postal code or number of your department. Then click on the city that interests you. The nearest packages will be offered.

ATTENTION: On the "United States" shop, the only delivery destination available is the United States.
