Is there shipping cost?

Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery locations.

 

Standard

In France
Free shipping over €65.
Below €65 of purchase: €5.

In Europe*
Free shipping over €99 purchases, below this amount: €8.
Countries in the Europe zone excluding U.E, free shipping over €125 purchases, below this amount: €15.

Internationally 
Free shipping over €150 of purchase, below this amount: €25.

Are taxes included?

Our prices have displayed all taxes included. However, orders may be subject to any taxes and customs charges of the country of destination. These costs and the related formalities are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. They are to be paid to the carrier upon delivery. Taxes could be applied during the checkout, depending of your shipping destination.

 

European Union

Our prices have displayed all taxes included for orders to European Union countries.

 

Countries outside European Union

For orders to countries outside the European Union, prices are quoted exclusive of tax. These orders are subject to any taxes and customs duties of the country of destination.

 

These costs and formalities are the responsibility of the customer/consignee. They are to be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery. You are responsible for the payment of all governmental taxes, administrative fees and customs duties charged by a carrier when you use the website or make a purchase.
In the event that the recipient refuses the package due to additional customs duties charged to the recipient upon receipt, VEJA reserves the right to charge the amount of such customs duties originally due by the customer up to €25.

Non-EU country charges and formalities apply, and are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. They are to be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery. You are responsible for the payment of all government taxes, administration fees and customs duties charged by a carrier when using the website or making a purchase.

 

What are the delivery methods offered?

The VEJASTORE offers the following delivery methods: Colissimo and UPS.

For the international, standard delivery with Colissimo, then attached to your local postal service.

 

What are the delivery times?

Once your payment has been confirmed, we guarantee a preparation and shipping time for your order of 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you must add the delivery time. This time depends on the chosen transport solution and the country of delivery.

 

Please note : Pre ordered and/or limited edition items usually have delayed delivery times. These items are delivered within the time frame indicated in the product description.

 

In Europe  

 

  • Free standard delivery & returns in Europe for all orders over 99€ in eligible countries(1)
  • Standard delivery(2)in Europe within 3-7 working days(3)

Can I ship to a place other than my home?

Your personal account VEJASTORE allows you to register multiple delivery addresses. You can choose to have it delivered to you but also at your place of work.

(Warning: when you choose to be delivered to your workplace, you accept the responsibility of a third party for the reception of your order).

 

Important : With Colissimo & UPS, packages placed in pick-up relays or in postal centers will be kept for 14 days.
