Once your payment has been confirmed, we guarantee a preparation and shipping time for your order of 2 to 4 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Any order placed before midnight, excluding sales and special operations, is therefore prepared and dispatched on D+3 or D+5, excluding weekends and public holidays. You must then add the shipping time.
Please note : Pre ordered and/or limited edition items usually have delayed delivery times. These items are delivered within the time frame indicated in the product description.

This time depends on the chosen transport solution and your delivery address. You will be able to follow the progress of your parcel at any time thanks to the tracking number communicated after your order has been shipped.
