Please note: Express delivery guaranteed for all orders placed before 7:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays). Beyond this date / time, your order will be shipped within a minimum of two days.
We guarantee a processing and preparation time for your order of 24 to 48 hours on working days. Any order placed before midnight, excluding sales and special operations, is therefore prepared and dispatched on D+1 or D+2, excluding weekends and public holidays.
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a link enabling you to track the delivery of your parcel. You can follow the progress of your parcel on the website http://www.laposte.fr or www.ups.com. For international orders, the tracking of your package will also be provided by the sites of your local postal services.
You will also be able to track the progress of the delivery of your package via your personal account, under "Orders":
Returns extended to 60 days
The return period is exceptionally extended to 60 days for all orders placed on Veja Store from 01/11/2020 inclusive.
Only items returned within 60 days after delivery, in new condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the "Return Request" duly completed, will be accepted.
Return a European order
To make the return, let yourself be guided by the following steps:
1. Log in to your account at www.veja-store.com and go to "Orders"
2. Select the order containing the product you want to return
3. Select the product you want to return by checking the box next to its name
4. Indicate the reason for the return. All returns must be in new condition
5. Print your return form in your personal space and place it once completed. Unfortunately, if this form is missing, we will not be able to identify your order number and process your return promptly.
6. Paste the prepaid shipping label, get your proof of deposit stamped and keep it.
If you have placed and order before 06/25/2020 you will not be able to do your return request online. Please return your items manually with the return form in your order.

Return an international order
OUTSIDE FRANCE, EUROPE AND UNITED KINGDOM
1. Log in to your account at www.veja-store.com and go to "My Orders"
2. Select the order containing the product you want to return
3. Select the product you want to return by checking the box next to its name
4. Indicate the reason for the return. All returns must be in new condition and in its original packaging.
5. Print your return form in your personal space and place it once completed. Unfortunately, if this form is missing, we will not be able to identify your order number and process your return promptly.
6. Remove the document "Customs Declaration / CN23" present in the transparent white envelope stuck on the package of your package
7. Delete the phrase "Sale of goods"Check the "Return Merchandise" box
8. Put the document back in the transparent pouch
9. Your return must be returned as "Standard" delivery by your local Post Office. Your parcel number must begin with the letter "C".
Veja reserves the right not to accept an international return if it does not comply with the above steps.
