Their route, starting in Orzola in the north and finishing in Playa de Papagayo in the south, covered 50km on the first day and 30km on the second.
They passed through the towns of Haria, Famara, Muñique, Tiagua, Mancha Blanca, Yaiza and Playa Blanca, over a variety of terrain consisting of roads, desert and volcanic land.
